Paya Lebar Primary School, off Lorong Bengkok (joining Paya Lebar Road with Circuit Road or Persiaran Keliling) was known as Paya Lebar School (PLS). Paya Lebar School was eventually swallowed up by the adjoining Macpherson Secondary School. Still the memories of Paya Lebar School with its big green field are still fresh in the minds on the pupils of Paya Lebar School, now the old boys and girls of Paya Lebar Primary School (PLS).
Proud we all are to belong to PLS!
